This is one fancy showerhead perc, recycler, double chamber water pipe by Lookah Glass! It is comfortable to use with a moderately large flared lip and an angled mouthpiece, and it has a nice balance between percolation features and ease of hit.
The smoke/vapor enters into the bottom chamber where it passes through the sprinkler percolator's 8 arms. It then moves up the external tube into the second chamber, where it is both recycled and moves up the mouthpiece.
This water pipe is made from borosilicate glass.
