This sturdy spoon pipe is a gorgeous example of the possibilities of fritwork. The deep, blood-red coloring of the mouthpiece gives way smoothly to a light purple over blue fume at the end of the bowl. In addition to being encased in seriously thick glass, this pipe features four marbles along the bowl, and two even thicker wraparounds of glass on the neck. This piece has a lot of small bubbles in it, as an element of its design. These add a little texture to the end of the bowl. This piece is a successful exercise in color application and solid design. Don’t miss out!
